Kerry is an accomplished performing arts professional whose career has been shaped by a lifelong dedication to excellence in performance, training, and creative direction. Beginning her journey on stage at a young age, she has cultivated a deep-rooted passion for the arts, evolving into a highly respected teacher, vocal coach, and industry mentor.

For over 35 years Kerry has trained across multiple dance disciplines, performance skills and as a vocal specialist. Kerry combines technical expertise with extensive professional experience. Her performance credits span television, theatre, and high-end corporate cabaret, where she has worked as both a vocalist and dancer within the professional industry. She has also played lead roles in musical theatre productions, further demonstrating her strength and versatility as a performer.

Beyond performance, Kerry has established herself as a visionary creative, having directed, choreographed, and produced a wide range of productions, including, within the role as Assistant Theatre Manager and Productions Director at the YMCA Theatre. 

She has collaborated with companies across the UK and is recognised for her work as a dance teacher, performance coach and lead vocal coach, shaping and refining performers for the stage.

Her career reflects a comprehensive understanding of the industry, with training and experience spanning performance, direction, choreography, vocal coaching, and mentorship. Kerry is currently studying Vocal Pedagogy, encompassing both the art and science of vocal education. This breadth of knowledge allows her to deliver a holistic and elevated standard of training.

Complementing her artistic credentials, Kerry is also a qualified youth worker—an integral foundation of her ethos. Her approach goes beyond performance, focusing on developing confident, resilient, and well-rounded individuals within a supportive and professional environment.

Under Kerry’s leadership, students have progressed to some of the most prestigious institutions and professional platforms within the industry, including Italia Conti, Reynolds Performing Arts, Young Actors Theatre Islington (YATI), Arts1, Performers College, and Stella Mann. Alumni have also gone on to work with global brands and productions such as Netflix and Disneyland Paris, both on stage and behind the scenes in theatre and touring companies.

Kerry’s vision continues to position her brand as a nurturing yet aspirational space, where high standards, industry insight, and genuine care combine to create exceptional opportunities for the next generation of performers.

Kerry also holds First Aid and Safeguarding certifications and is a licensed NYCC Chaperone, ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism in all aspects of her work.

David is an experienced performing arts professional whose career has been shaped by a lifelong passion for performance, comedy, and creative direction.

Beginning on stage at a young age with YMCA Productions, he quickly developed a flair for character comedy, vocal performance, and stagecraft, building a strong foundation in live entertainment from an early age.

As his training progressed, David expanded into singing, dancing, and musical theatre, going on to perform across drama groups, light opera societies, pantomimes, summer seasons, television & film, and professional stage work. He later developed his own act and performed professionally in corporate cabaret, hotels, weddings, holiday parks, themed entertainment, and comedy engagements on ships and overseas.

Alongside his performance career, David also held leadership roles within the arts, returning to the YMCA where he had grown up performing to serve as Assistant Theatre Manager and Productions Director. This experience further strengthened his knowledge of production, performer development, and audience engagement.

David also brings a strong visual and technical dimension to his work. With a long-standing passion for scenic design, set building, and theatrical presentation, he went on to establish The Curious Theme Factory, through which he provides professional set, costume, and prop design for theatre productions across the UK.

As Co-Founder and Co-Director of Twilight Productions, David combines his experience in performance, production, and design to help create a training environment that is both aspirational and supportive. He is passionate about nurturing confident, creative individuals and believes strongly in the wider life benefits that performing arts training can offer—from resilience and self-expression to confidence and communication.

David also holds First Aid and Safeguarding certifications and is a licensed NYCC Chaperone, ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism in all aspects of his work.

Mia has been a dedicated and valued member of Twilight Productions for over 13 years, bringing both experience and passion to her role as a teacher. During this time, she has completed Dance/Zumba training and undertaken additional professional development, including specialised training to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), as well as business training to enhance her contribution to the organisation.

Mia previously trained at Westwood College in Scarborough, where she achieved a Double Distinction* in Performing Arts (Musical Theatre). Her strong performance background underpins her dynamic and engaging teaching style.

She is deeply passionate about working with young people and takes great pride in supporting each student’s individual growth. Mia teaches a range of disciplines including dance, tap, choir, and musical theatre, creating a positive and inclusive environment where students can build confidence, develop skills, and thrive creatively.

Mia also holds First Aid and Safeguarding certifications and is a licensed NYCC Chaperone, ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism in all aspects of her work.

Nikki has been a dedicated and valued member of Twilight Productions since 2011 and brings over 30 years of dance experience to her teaching. She has undertaken extensive training throughout her career, including specialised training in Acro, and continues to share her knowledge and passion across a wide range of classes.

Nikki began dancing at the age of four at Variety School of Dance, where her love for performing first developed. She later expanded her experience by joining productions at the YMCA in 2002, performing in shows for 10 years. In 2007, she took on the role of Principal at Variety School of Dance, successfully leading the school for seven years.

Alongside her practical experience, Nikki pursued her professional development by studying Dance at York College and attending a course at the London Studio Centre. She has completed numerous examinations with BATD and IDTA and has taken part in British Arts competitions, reaching finals in London.

Nikki teaches a variety of disciplines including Dance, Tap, Technique, Acro, and Beginners Gymnastics. She is passionate about teaching and takes great pride in supporting her students’ development, helping them to build confidence, learn new skills, and enjoy every aspect of performing. She finds the most rewarding part of teaching is seeing students grow and shine on stage.

Nikki also holds First Aid and Safeguarding certifications and is a licensed NYCC Chaperone, ensuring a safe, supportive, and professional environment for all students.

Nathan is a valued and dedicated member of the Twilight Productions teaching team, delivering Contemporary and Performance Team classes with creativity, passion, and expertise. He began his performing journey at the age of 10 with YMCA Productions before joining Twilight Productions, where he developed a strong passion for the performing arts.

This early experience led Nathan to study Performing Arts at Scarborough Sixth Form, before continuing his training at York St John University, where he studied Drama and Dance. He later went on to achieve a Master’s degree in Contemporary Performance from Manchester Metropolitan University, further refining his skills and knowledge. During his time at York St John, Nathan was an active member of the university Dance Team for all three years. He taught weekly Contemporary classes to fellow students, contributing to biannual showcases, and in his second year, he was appointed Vice Captain of the club, supporting the overall running and development of the team. He also competed as part of the Tap team, where he was awarded a ‘Best Male’ trophy at competition.

Through Twilight Productions, Nathan has embraced a wide range of performance opportunities, including attending conventions and performing in various productions. Most recently, he performed in the semi-professional production A Nightingale Sang, working as part of a small cast in collaboration with Chris Metcalfe and Twilight Productions. Nathan is passionate about teaching and finds great reward in supporting students as they grow in confidence, develop their skills, and explore new avenues of performance.

He is First Aid trained, holds Safeguarding certification, and is a licensed NYCC Chaperone, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students.

Jaymee-Lee is a passionate and dedicated dance teacher at Twilight, where she leads Beginners Tap, Junior Theatre Arts, and assists Boogie Babies classes. With a lifelong love of dance, she has trained, performed, and competed from a young age across a variety of styles, including tap, ballet, and musical theatre.

Having been a valued and dedicated part of the Twilight community for over a decade, Jaymee-Lee brings both experience and enthusiasm to her teaching. She finds it incredibly rewarding to inspire the next generation, taking pride in helping students build confidence, develop their technique, and grow as performers. Watching their hard work come to life on stage is what makes her role so meaningful.

Musical theatre lies at the heart of Jaymee-Lee’s passion for the performing arts. She is drawn to its storytelling, dynamic characters, and the emotional connection it creates with audiences. Her performance experience includes a diverse range of roles, from Iago in Aladdin to Nemo in The Big Blue World, each offering unique and memorable challenges.

Committed to her own professional development, Jaymee-Lee continually seeks to expand her skills and knowledge. Her goal is to provide every child she teaches with the support, encouragement, and opportunities they need to thrive.

 She is First Aid trained, holds Safeguarding certification, and is a licensed NYCC Chaperone, ensuring a safe and professional environment for all students.

David is a Gymnastics Coach with a lifelong connection to the sport, having been brought up in a strong gymnastics environment by both his mother and grandmother. His passion for coaching began at the age of 16, when he started teaching trampolining alongside his mum at the YMCA, before expanding into gymnastics.

In 2008, David continued his coaching journey by joining his mum’s own club, where he further developed his experience in both gymnastics and trampolining. Over the years, he has achieved a range of certifications across both disciplines, strengthening his technical knowledge and coaching ability.

David is a valued and dedicated member of the team and deeply committed to supporting his students’ progress, taking great pride in helping them achieve new skills through dedication and hard work. He is passionate about guiding each individual to refine their technique, build strength, and grow in confidence, creating a positive and encouraging environment for all.

David is First Aid trained, holds Safeguarding certification, and is a licensed NYCC Chaperone, ensuring a safe and professional environment for all students.

Caroline Axham is a valued and dedicated member of the Twilight Productions team, teaching Gymnastics with over 40 years of coaching experience along the Yorkshire Coast. She is a qualified Level 3 Gymnastics and Trampoline Club Coach and has been part of Twilight Productions for the past eight years.

Caroline began her training at the age of five, following in her mother’s footsteps and studying ballet, tap, modern dance, acrobatics, and gymnastics. As her passion grew, she expanded her skills to include trampolining, cheerleading, and freestyle gymnastics, developing into a well-rounded and accomplished performer.

During her childhood, Caroline achieved notable success, winning Young Entertainer of the Year at Scarborough YMCA on multiple occasions. She also appeared on television as a gymnastics stunt double, performing tumbling sequences filmed in front of Scarborough Castle.

Gymnastics has always been at the heart of Caroline’s life, with her family sharing the same passion—her mother, herself, and all three of her sons are gymnastics coaches, making it a true family tradition.

Caroline is passionate about teaching and believes it should be both enjoyable and rewarding. She takes great pride in creating a fun, active, and supportive environment where students can develop their skills, build confidence, work as part of a team, and form lasting friendships.

She is First Aid trained, holds Safeguarding certification, and is a licensed NYCC Chaperone, ensuring a safe and professional environment for all students.

Bliss is a Musical Theatre and Dance Teaching assistant at Twilight Productions, where she has been a dedicated and valued member of the company for over 16 years.

During this time, she has trained extensively across all areas of the performing arts, developing a strong, well-rounded foundation in performance. While she has experience in all disciplines, dance remains her greatest passion and strongest area of expertise.

This passion is reflected in her teaching, where she brings energy, creativity, and a deep understanding of technique and performance to every class. Bliss is committed to sharing her knowledge and experience with her students, helping them to grow in confidence, develop their skills, and discover their own love for performing. She finds teaching incredibly rewarding and values the opportunity to support each student on their individual journey.

In addition to her performance and teaching experience, Bliss holds First Aid certification, ensuring a safe, supportive, and professional learning environment for all students at Twilight Productions.

Charlotte is a Beginners Theatre Arts teaching assistant at Twilight Productions, where she has been a valued and dedicated member for the past 10 years. During her time at Twilight, she has trained extensively in singing, dance, and drama, developing into a confident and versatile performer.

She furthered her training as a Junior Associate at SLP College, gaining additional experience and refining her performance skills. While Charlotte considers herself an all-round performer, her true passion lies in Musical Theatre.

Charlotte has enjoyed many memorable moments on stage, including performances in A Nightingale Sang and solo roles from Thoroughly Modern Millie, Hairspray, Frozen, and Matilda. One of her most cherished highlights is playing Dorothy in The Merry Old Land of Oz at the age of nine.

As a teacher, Charlotte finds great joy in supporting young performers at the start of their journey. She is passionate about helping students build confidence, develop their skills, and discover a love for performing, often seeing her own journey reflected in those she teaches.

Charlotte holds First Aid certification, ensuring a safe, supportive, and professional learning environment for all students at Twilight Productions.

Lily has been a valued and dedicated member of Twilight Productions since the age of three, developing her skills across a range of performing arts disciplines, including singing and dance. Her long-standing involvement with the company reflects both her dedication and passion for performance.

Alongside her own training, Lily supports the next generation of performers as a Teaching Assistant in beginner theatre arts classes and leads commercial dance sessions for younger students. She enjoys helping children build their skills, grow in confidence, and discover their own love for performing.

Her performance highlights include appearing in a pantomime with Tony Peers Productions Ltd at the age of nine, taking part in a full month of shows, and playing the role of Glinda in The Wizard of Oz the same year. These early experiences played a key role in shaping her enthusiasm for both performing and teaching.

Lily finds teaching especially rewarding, valuing the opportunity to support students as they develop and flourish. Outside of performing arts, she also has a strong passion for art, bringing creativity into all aspects of her work.

Sadie has been a dedicated and valued member of Twilight Productions for over 13 years, performing in a wide range of productions during her time with the company. She now shares her experience and passion by teaching the youngest members, where she leads Boogie Babies class, as well as leading choir sessions with children of mixed ages.

Alongside her work at Twilight, Sadie has over 10 years of experience working full-time in a nursery, where she is a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. Her professional background reflects her strong commitment to supporting, nurturing, and caring for children in a positive and engaging environment.

Singing is a true passion for Sadie, and she brings this enthusiasm into both her teaching and childcare roles. She takes great joy in encouraging children to express themselves, build confidence, and develop a love for music and performance.

She is First Aid trained, holds Safeguarding certification, and is a licensed NYCC Chaperone, ensuring a safe and professional environment for all students.

Lilia is a Junior Theatre Arts teaching assistant at Twilight Productions and has been a valued and dedicated member of the company for around nine years. She is an enthusiastic and dedicated performer, actively training in singing, dancing, and acting.

Throughout her time at Twilight, Lilia has experienced many memorable moments on stage, but what she values most is the strong sense of community and togetherness both on and off stage. Being part of the Twilight family is something she holds especially close, and it continues to inspire her love for performing.

As a teacher, Lilia finds great joy in building positive relationships with her students and supporting them as they grow in confidence and ability. She is passionate about being part of each child’s journey, encouraging them to develop their skills and flourish as performers in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Sophie is a Teaching Assistant for Boogie Babies at Twilight Productions, supporting the youngest members. She has been part of the Twilight family since the age of five, building strong friendships and a deep connection to the supportive community.

She specialises in singing, while also enjoying dance and acting as part of her wider performing arts training.

Sophie is a valued and dedicated member of the team and passionate about teaching and loves the energy and enthusiasm that young children bring to each session. She finds great joy in engaging with her students, supporting their development, and helping them grow in confidence while having fun.

With experience in childcare through her time at Twilight, Sophie also holds First Aid certification, ensuring a safe, supportive, and professional learning environment for all students at Twilight Productions.

Hattie is a valued and dedicated member of the Twilight Productions team, assisting in Boogie Beats and Tumble & Play classes. She brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive approach to every session, supporting younger students as they begin their journey in the performing arts.

Hattie has been part of Twilight Productions since the age of four, developing her skills across a range of disciplines, with a particular focus on dance. She specialises in dance and has a strong passion for commercial and street styles.

During her time at Twilight, Hattie has enjoyed a variety of performance opportunities, including performing at Disneyland Paris in 2018—an experience that remains a highlight of her performing journey. She loves being on stage with her friends and creating lasting memories through performance.

Hattie is passionate about teaching and finds great joy in seeing children smile, grow in confidence, and learn new skills within a fun and supportive environment.

Evie is a Teaching Assistant for Advanced Beginners Gymnastics at Twilight Productions and is a dedicated and valued member of the team. She has been part of the Twilight family since the age of two, spending over 13 years training across a wide range of disciplines including dance, Acro, musical theatre, and drama.

With a strong passion for dance and a love for acting, Evie brings both energy and enthusiasm to her role, supporting younger students as they develop their skills and confidence. Her own journey through Twilight has given her valuable experience and a deep understanding of the supportive environment the company offers.

Throughout her time at Twilight, Evie has been part of many exciting opportunities, including performing at Alton Towers. She values the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, where lasting friendships are formed and everyone is encouraged to be themselves.

Evie is passionate about helping others grow and enjoys being part of a community that inspires creativity, confidence, and a love for performing.

Levi is a dedicated and valued member of the Twilight Productions team, assisting in Gymnastics classes and bringing enthusiasm and positivity to every session. He has been assisting for around two years and enjoys supporting students as they develop their skills and confidence.

Levi has been part of Twilight Productions for nine years, during which time he has trained across a wide range of disciplines including Dance, Tap, Musical Theatre, and Gymnastics, making him a well-rounded and versatile performer.

He has a strong passion for performing and enjoys entertaining audiences, as well as helping others to improve and achieve their goals. Most recently, Levi performed in the semi-professional production A Nightingale Sang, working as part of a small cast in collaboration with Chris Metcalfe and Twilight Productions.

Levi is committed to creating a supportive and encouraging environment within classes. He also holds First Aid certification, ensuring a safe, supportive, and professional learning environment for all students at Twilight Productions.

Sharon has been a valued member of Twilight Productions since 2015, actively participating in weekly dance classes and, more recently, developing her skills in singing. Alongside her own training, she plays an important role within the company as a dedicated receptionist, providing a warm and welcoming presence for students, parents, and visitors.

In addition to her front-of-house responsibilities, Sharon is also a NYCC licensed chaperone for shows, supporting performers and helping to ensure a safe and well-organised environment during productions. She regularly takes part in adult and vocal showcases, using these opportunities to build her confidence and continue her own performing journey.

Sharon is proud to be part of such a supportive and friendly community, valuing the strong sense of teamwork and connection that makes Twilight Productions a truly special place.
